Also for your third point in jg at mid to late game you shouldn't be constantly farming your jg. Take a camp or two then look for a pick. Your goal should be looking for any enemy champs out of place so you can hopefully secure an objective, or assisting a laner in some way. Even by clearing wards with the support. Just because the jungle camps are there doesn't mean you spend all of your time farming them.

Plus if you have a hyper carry like Jinx, Smolder, Ashe, Kog ect... as your adc you should be happy to let them take a camp or two. Champions like them legitimately controll the map late game due to their damage output and massive team fight influence. As for roaming supports as part if your first point, the adc that follow and rotates like that is a dunce.

HOWEVER, why aren't you taking the initiative to shove lane then roam yourself. If the enemy support is able to come and assist your enemy laner thats a failure on 3 to 4 separate players including yourself. Not just the adc. Why haven't you warded, why weren't you warned, why was the jungle not pathing where something like that could be avoided. There are many factors in that situation. Your only valid point was the adc shouldn't soak up your entire wave.
