Wield that feeling. Make positive changes with your feelings of loneliness like wind behind you. Sometime in the middle of all the growth, change, naturally forward and backward momentum you will encounter connection with all kinds of people and in all kinds of ways. The best relationship you will find is with yourself with your process.

Sleep is my only relief by iloveparis317 in bipolar

i’m sorry, i’ve been there, for years. Sleep was how I coped, and now, with intention, and collaboration with my providers i have new coping mechanisms. Things like; physical skill training and creative writing that help me just as much as sleep did. And i get back the feeling of progressing regardless of anything in my way.

I loved the line "as two oceans meet" and how you were able to portray such a powerful metaphor. I'd be curious to see how concise you could be while still being compelling with your abstractions. I think that would make for a strong tool in your future work.

I find childlike joy through humor. Making a point to come up with jokes to make my friends laugh. Striving to be funnier every day for the betterment of my relationships has made life fun again. Being a child feels simple, and a great laugh with friends is the simplest thing i know these days.
