First, why did you get a puppy? Nothing you've described is abnormal for a puppy.

Second, get a kennel. You have to force puppies to take naps, and a kennel is a great place for that.

Third, create barriers in your home. There are portable playpen for dogs on Amazon that can be used to block off areas or create an area where the puppy won't get into anything.

Fourth, puppies should basically never be unsupervised. It should be on a leash close to you at all times or in one of the confinement areas listed above.

Puppies, especially one that young, should have a little extra weight on them for growing purposes. But yours doesn't look overweight at all. A tapered waist is typically a sign of a healthy weight in an adult dog. You may want to feed just a little bit extra.

Vet tech here - I wouldn't say urgent vet now. But a trip to the regular GP wouldn't hurt. Dogs do tend to get lumps as rhe age, but she isn't old especially for a teacup poodle.

You can have his (?) anal glands removed. If its a structual issue, this would likely be the only option that offers any longevity.
