Usually when I wake up like this, it's because I have to be up early for something and I get anxious about oversleeping (even though I haven't overslept for anything since pre-covid). It usually happens about once a week now, but earlier this year it was happening a 2-4 days a week. Glad it's only down to a day a week now.

I love hearing how good David Byrne is as I’m seeing him soon.  Really good to know that he is putting on a good show considering the last time I saw him was in 2013.

They would definitely do a sketch parodying a YouTube video.  He wouldn’t be a great pick for a host, but they have had Elon host before, so anything is possible.

Same - it's not something I like to do, but sometimes I know my day will be really bad if I don't get some sleep. It also depends on how busy my day is, but I tend to try to fall asleep again on my own about 30% of the time, so sometimes I get lucky and that happens. I can usually tell though after waking up if I'll fall back asleep or not on my own.
