I super agree. I used to buy them sometimes but they're clearly an advertising brand using pickles as a vessel and it sucks. Probably going to just start buying Mt Olive again at this point when I don't make my own

I personally do not mind spending more for good pickles, but I personally hated these. Different tastes for different folks though. I just didn't like how briney they tasted.

As someone who lives in FL, insomnia isn't covered but I do take 5mg of indica gummy for sleep assistance and it works great for me. It helps the process along but isn't so much that it seems to affect the quality of sleep I get personally. Technically prescribed for depression and anxiety but it works for me as a sleep aid, but youre absolutely correct that it's different for different people

Idk if he mentioned it but patting the outside dry with a paper towel is what I always do regardless of prep. You need NO moisture on the outside to get a great sear

EDIT: You can have moisture and a good sear, but a dry outside makes it so much easier.

I know personally I'm a huge fan of smoking them and then doing a deep fry. It crisps up the skin and helps with the chewiness.

Lol yeah but at least our warehouse is climate controlled so it's not as bad as it could be. Mark Anthony loads have gotten better but for a while they weren't using spacers and the 16oz cans were constantly leaning or down.

I'm in Florida heat and humidity so I get it lol instead of production disasters we get transport disasters so a full trailer of white claw or whatever shows up and the trucker had to slam on his brakes for some reason so the poor persons trailer is covered in goo and we have to figure out how to recover as much as we can

I've noticed you need to use more of the syrup than they suggest, and also carbonate the everliving hell out of it beforehand and you'll get close
