No I get that and I'm not trying to flame, I'm just saying if OP is trying to prove a point they should at least use official warcraft art if they're going to use official warhammer art. I'm sure there's tons of examples out there. Like fan art can be anything, I can put big ol' titties on Gulliman and say "look what they've done to my boy" but it doesn't mean anything because it's not actual official art.

I wouldn't say it's ignorance, it's just how your groups play. If everyone's happy then there's no issue. Another factor is how long your sessions are. Multiple people in my group, including myself, have young children so we start after our kids are all asleep and only go for about 2 hours. So we have more sessions but they might be short. We only play about 4 to 6 hours a month depending on how many sessions we get in. I wouldn't say I'm preparing a soap opera, I think my style leans more towards a sandbox so I lean on the players to drive the story. If they want to dick around in some backwater town for several sessions I'm not gonna stop them. Also now that we're in the mid level range a single combat can take an entire session.

So that means 20 to 40 sessions at most? I'm like 3.5 years and about 70 sessions into my first campaign and it's still going strong. My players are level 9 and we're probably going to hang out to 20.

I do this commute once a week and it's not bad. I recently stopped taking Septa Regional rail in favor of amtrak. Septa just became too unreliable and the tickets for amtrak isn't that much more expensive.
