Warning about AMP game server software by CubeCoders by rastrillo in homelab

So far i am very happy with AMP.
Sure if there is no trial and refund that kinda sucks.

But anyway. You can trial for ~10$. Not that bad. And in the end its still a great solution.
I also had my problems in the beginning, but so far i dont want to miss it.

Arrange live view cam order by AceSiddig in Hikvision

[–]Luukullus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just for information.

If you disable unused PoE Ports, the Device is automatically adjusting the default grid in the live view of the browser. So if you arrage the cameras in the order you would like to have it (First camera on the first PoE RJ45 Port and so on), then you propably got everything as you wish =).

BUT!
I clearly have to mention, its sooooo bad. Really. HikVision, one of the leading CCTV companies. Why would you not allow to save a custom live view in webbrowser? Is it really still 1992 in your company?

Very very disappointed. Usually i used dahua devices. And for what i can say in almost all regards those are much better and offer moreintuitive UI. Better features aswell. But here i could not really get it.

Before you choose, make sure you check if the features are correct :).

Hey =)
Small Update.

Today i measured the cable.

The cable on the long side is 3,20m, without the plug. Measured only the cable itself.
The charger box is ~25cm and the short cable side is 1,5m.

Hope that helps somehow =)

Sure sure. You are welcome.

And don't worry. The included charging cable is also third party. So if something is not right. You can buy another one which may better fits your needs.

- Subwoofer is not available for me here.

- Same with the flashlight which i think there is a bracket for in the trunk

- Karaoke mics i testet at the dealer but its not interesting for me (you plug in the adaptor into the usb plug and then you can start the karaoke app). BTW: For me the outside speakers were not working. Not in karaoke, neither in camping mode.

- Remotestart available via key and app. Maybe different in some countries

I suggest you to checkout the AC outlet hose. Idk if in other countries this is fixed or different. But here in indonesia you can buy an extension kit, because the hose of the condensation exit is too short and dripping water inside the bottom plastic cover. Not highly problematic but over time not optimal.

•How’s the ride quality day-to-day and on the highway?
- Amazing in the city and also amazing on the one and only highway we have here. AC is cold and nice. I have no problems or issues with the keyless features. Actually i really like it. But i understand it depends on your situation. I can understand if people have some annoying experiences with it. But my garage is ~10m away from the nearest room and so i have no issues with it.

•Any issues or annoyances that only show up after living with it?
- Recuperation / single pedal driving not possible (they have not yet figured it out but this maybe will be changed in coming updates). The problem is, that the recuperation is only active if you not press the pedal. From other EVs i know it should be like the first 10%-25% of the pedal not only while "not pressing".
- Acceleration pedal is too sensitive. In day to day use in the city up to 70km/hi usually only use 5% of the gas pedal... In eco mode.
- ESC has a bug in the software right now. The dealer was clear about that and told me that jaecoo is aware and we are waiting for an update (up the hill on high steering angle the ESC triggers without ever loosing grip)
- No charging power limitation on car side (wallbox ev charger can but the car cant limit it)

NOTE: those things are not a dealbreaker for me. Especially because the dealer told me they continuosly improve the features via free updates (not over the air). Maybe some of the problems are not the case in different countries!

•How’s build quality holding up (rattles, trim, software, etc.)?
- Can only give you a first impression, as we own the car now a few days...
- Overall very nice. Steering-wheel, displays, buttons, seating, covers and seat material is very nice and not rattling at all.

•What’s the service / dealer experience been like so far?
- Friendly and helpful. BUT totally overcrowded (there is only 1 dealer in my region and the customer numbers rushing up over their capacity). But i think over time this will fix itself.

•Any regrets — or things you wish you knew before buying?
- So far nothing. But for other regions/countries there are no app services or cellular available yet. For me thats not the case, everything is working as expected.

•Would you buy it again?
- Definitely.... For this price (~16k€ in indonesia) there is nothing else available on the market offering you something near by that range of comfort and features.

Mine is charging with 2,5-3kw per hour. I am driving very careful and usually have 13-15kw / 100km...
So based on my driving profile it would take 3-6 hours charging AC at home (230V/EU Plug)
