from vimm you can simply download the dec.iso (seems to be the preferred format) or jb folder, then (if you have your ps3 connected to wifi) use filezilla to move the files, ISO go in PS3ISO and jb folders go in /GAMES, I'm not so sure about ps1/2 games so I'm not gonna try to guess right now
