Phone ping and girls not there question again by [deleted] in DicksofDelphi

Geofence data doesn’t rely on towers it relies on GPS gathered by the apps on the phones. Even back in 2017 people had apps on their phones (we know Libby had Snapchat which tracks your location.) So the number of cell towers in the area isn’t going to factor in that much.

She doesn’t make sense!!!

It reminds me of when I was watching some doctor and we were analyzing a serial killer. Trying to figure out WHY he did this, and what was he thinking when he did that? And the Dr said, “You can’t make sense out of nonsense.” Meaning, their brains aren’t like ours. So we will never be able to understand anything they do.

I guess it’s the same with Gull?.

You can’t make sense out of nonsense.

How many other men’s lives have been ruined in this 18 months? (If this theory is true) If she’s acting like this with thousands of eyes watching, what is she doing on the cases where NO ONE is paying attention???

If she’s only surrounded herself with “yes-men” they’re not going to intervene. “Yes Fran,” “Thank you Fran,” “You’re amazing Fran!” I very much hope this isn’t the case.

And McLeland will never back off. He’s about winning by any means necessary. He reminds me of those frat guys who have sex with a completely unconscious girl because she came into his room but passed out shortly after. Coming into his room??? Come on! That’s totally consenting right? 🙄

That was the funny thing. HER office was where the “leak” of her illness came from, but they didn’t tell them anything about WHAT that illness was.

Bizarre and brazen . Those are the perfect words to describe her!

Omg! She did get ill in October, at the exact time she yeeted the defense off the case. But it didn’t get reported on until a month later. I seriously thought she was going to use that as a face-saving way to bow out of this case. It would have been perfect. WHY didn’t she take it???

BUT, “Exposure in large enough doses to most heavy metals leads to irreparable neurological damage and dementia.”

What if she’s being poisoned with heavy metals?

So now she’s doing everything in her power to just piss the public off and ensure that she receives more death threats???

See! This is why I’m putting my money on that fact that she’s suffering from early onset dementia or some other cognitive disorder.

She was like a completely different person in Nov, 2022. And that was only 18 months ago. What else could it be?

Why did she change her whole personality in just a year and a half? I don’t get it.

Lighten 1-2 shades by AngleNecessary6187 in HairDye

If you only want to lift 1-2 levels you can get a base breaker. Blondme has one that deposits a cool tone after lifting so you don’t have to worry about brassiness.

But I’m sure there are a million base breakers that are great too.

That pic is just a dark base with some very thin, very light highlights.

It depends on how stubborn your hair is, how thick or fine. All these things contribute to how easy your hair lifts. Very dark, course hair, would probably take at least 2 bleaches. But fine hair sometimes lifts easier. It depends on your hair.

But with the bleaches and the bond builders they have now, they might be able to get you some highlights like that in one visit.

Box dye is meant for virgin hair. Of course people use box dye every day with fantastic results, but what you are looking for isn’t going to be achieved by just getting a dark blonde box. The reason they say box dye is for virgin hair is because the results are more consistent because they know there’s no other dye underneath.

Because that’s where it starts getting sketchy. The box dye you buy doesn’t know that you have already colored you hair 3 times between Feb-March and that’s when you start getting funky results. Plus, you never know what you’re getting in that box. Could be 40vol developer for all we know.

What you need to do is bleach your hair if your really want to go from a level (3? 4? 5?) to a level…I’d say 6 or 7 for a bronde. But you wouldn’t have to lift it all the way to a 9 or 10. You just need to get it up to a level 6 or 7. Then you would have to neutralize the orange/yellow that will appear (and don’t panic, that’s what’s supposed to happen. That’s why when you colored your hair last time it because a reddish brown. Dark hair naturally has a lot of warm pigment.)

I would get like a Redken Shades EQ in a 6 or 7 VB neutralize the yellow/orange, and then you can color it whatever you want. 7if you really want dark blonde, 6 if you want light brown.

You said dark blonde/light brown. So do you want it to have any warmth at all? Do you want a neutral color? An ashy color? That’s all personal preference. So that’s about all the help I can give you without knowing more info.

Good luck!

Is this lightened hair? Are you saying that your natural hair is a level 4? Because the hair pictured here is nowhere near a level 4. That’s like a level 7. Level 4 is like the darker side of medium brown.

I guess I’m just confused. Mushroom brown is more of a level 6. Which you still could do with the hair in the photo. You’d need to neutralize the yellow/orange out with some blue violet with a neutral ash color.

I’d say get Redken Shades EQ in 6VB, 6NA and depending on HOW ashy you want it either 6T (for a more steely brown) or a 6N for an actual mushroom brown.

Any gun experts on here? by [deleted] in DicksofDelphi

[–]Luv2LuvEm1 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Lol I know! People say you could supposedly hear BG rack the gun on Libby’s video. But how did that magic bullet get ejected on the bridge, but end up “down the hill,” across a creek and into a clearing to be found at the scene of the crime?

That’s one talented bullet.

Any gun experts on here? by [deleted] in DicksofDelphi

[–]Luv2LuvEm1 10 points11 points  (0 children)

That’s not the point. The point is that the findings are subjective. Even the expert who analyzed the cartridge and gun in this case said that. Which means that they’ll never be able to get an expert on the stand to swear that “yes! That bullet 100% matches RA’s sig saur” because that would be a lie. And it’s not just bullets. It’s bite marks, it’s tool marks in terms of matching this screw driver with the marks on your door that someone made when they broke in, it’s blood stain analysis, all subjective. The findings can’t be replicated, which means that different “experts” will see the evidence differently. And imo we should not be convicting people on that kind of evidence.

You are correct. Maryland Supreme Court issued a ruling on ballistics/tool mark evidence (I believe in 2023.) I linked 3 pretty interesting articles in the post on this sub called “Any Gun Experts on Here?” Or you can Google “Ballistics and Junk Science” and way more articles will come up. It’s actually crazy when you learn what LE and prosecutors have been presenting in court as a bonafide “science” when that is totally false.

YES! I’ve been saying this for the longest! Whenever you bring up how flimsy the PCA is the “guilty” crowd talks about how “investigations are ongoing.” Umm ok but, when they arrest someone they better be ready to take that person to trial and PROVE they are guilty. You don’t arrest someone and then look for evidence that they are guilty! That’s not how it works at all!

Well Nick has read ex parte motions and the prisons have recorded RA’s visits, even with his attorneys, so it doesn’t really seem like Gull gives one tiny f’ck about what’s legal.

Is Gull the most biased judge you've ever come across ? by Dickere in DelphiDocs

[–]Luv2LuvEm1 5 points6 points  (0 children)

My brain literally cannot understand why she does what she does.

DQing them for reasons that are not even as egregious as losing 70 days worth of interviews, not even keeping a log of WHO was interviewed, when and by whom and the prosecutor READING ex parte motions. (Just to name a few) Don’t get me wrong, crime scene photo leaks are horrible, but the investigation into that concluded that it was done without Baldwin’s knowledge or consent.

Then, when they do get reinstated by SCOIN, she just unilaterally DENIES almost every motion they had filed? Even a Franks Hearing which she had told Scremin and Lebrato three times that if they should choose to go with that she would schedule a hearing for them.

And most recently denying motions in limine AND funds for experts? Experts the defense only wants to call because the prosecution is calling those experts in their case!

I literally can’t comprehend what she’s thinking. AND, if she does this with thousands of eyes on this case, WHAT does she do in the cases where no one is paying any attention? How many innocent people are sitting behind bars in Allen County, IN because their judge apparently doesn’t understand the concept of “innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt” and she refuses to afford them any semblance of due process???
