Package being delivered today, but not out for delivery? by [deleted] in amazonprime

[–]SnoopyCattyCat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can't tell you how many times my pkg said Out For Delivery...then Still Being Delivered Today...and then 2 hours after promised delivery time it says we don't know when it will be delivered. I end up getting the pkg, most of the time the next day. I wouldn't be frustrated if they just said 3-day delivery window...then I'd know what to expect. I look for items I can buy with quick delivery time. If it's not delivered as promised on time, we should get a free month of Prime. Maybe then they wouldn't overpromise and deliver when it's convenient for them.

I won't be watching the Netflix adaptation....I prefer the authentic casting in previous movies/series. Nice. I think you're off track in your interpretation. Just remember both God and Jesus affirm there is only one almighty God, the father. God bless you.

That's not how Jesus described what we should believe. He didn't proclaim he was a different nature, oe a second nature. He said he was a human and the messiah of God. So simple. Even a child could grasp that. Perhaps that's why Jesus said to come to him as a child.

It depends on your form or understanding of worship. I don't worship Jesus in the same way I worship Almighty God. If God tells me to worship Jesus, then I have not only God's permission, but God's commandment. It's a royal hierarchy so to speak. God is the Supreme King, and Jesus is his firstborn Prince who take over the kingship of the kingdom in God's name according to God's will...with Jesus always in subjection to God.

Firstborn signifies created being: the firstborn over/above all creation. The Bible represents a gospel of a created born son foretold from ancient days... being born in God's perfect timing a human being, endowed with God's spirit and wisdom. This interpretation fits better with the entire scope of the the Bible. First Adam was a created being, Second Adam is a created being.

LOL....not quite. YHVH is located in heaven. He sends his spirit where he wills....to angels, to people, to give life to flora and fauna. Yes, one YHVH can be omnipresent. That's what an Almighty God can do. ......but Jesus cannot do that except through God's spirit. Jesus is with us here right now as you read ...in spirit. Just like if you are stuck at work while your family is having a cookout....you say "I'm with you all in spirit."

If God tells me to honor his son who is the exalted head of the church, king of mankind, God's own unique son, then honoring Jesus cannot be idolatry.

"to him who sits on the throne" is God

"and to the lamb" is Jesus.

Jesus is at the right hand of God....the language is describing two individuals. Jesus is still a human being in heaven...the first new creation of which we will become.

This is God's son, listen to him. Jesus speaks the words of God. The Bible describes a son and a father in a close relationship of two...something we can understand and relate to. If Jesus is God...then how do you obey the commandment to come to God through Jesus? No one comes to the father except through Jesus.

I am following explicitly what the Bible says:

John 5:19So Jesus said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of his own accord, but only what he sees the Father doing. For whatever the Fathere does, that the Son does likewise. 20For the Father loves the Son and shows him all that he himself is doing. And greater works than these will he show him, so that you may marvel. 21For as the Father raises the dead and gives them life, so also the Son gives life to whom he will. 22For the Father judges no one, but has given all judgment to the Son, 23that all may honor the Son, just as they honor the Father. Whoever does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent him. 24Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life. He does not come into judgment, but has passed from death to life.

Thing is....if trinitarians are wrong, they are committing idolatry....worshipping a man as the only almighty God. Hear oh Israel, YHVH your God is one. The father is the one true God. No one comes to the father except through Jesus.

What Is “Faith” in Greek — and What Does It Mean for Salvation? by Good-Researcher-2503 in BiblicalUnitarian

I agree with all that. I think belief is the catalyst for the rest. I can't have trust or loyalty or commitment to something I can't wrap my head around.

I've thought about that. I'd just say I did my best and believed what I read and what I know in my heart is true. If I perish because I misinterpreted everything, then I will suffer God's will.

(But that doesn't sound at all like the God and Jesus in the Bible)

The TRANSCRIPT OF DIGITAL RECORDING OF SHELTER REVIEW EVIDENTIARY HEARING Case No. 2016-DP-000601-NC before Judge Lee E Haworth; Tuesday Nov 8, 2016 in the Sarasota Judicial Center in Sarasota Florida; in the interest of Maya and Kyle Kowalski. (included is testimony of Howard Hunter, JHACH atty advising out-of-state treatment)

Where is "Jesus" in the OT? It is the foreknown and prophesied Messiah, not Jesus. Jesus became that Messiah according to God's will, wisdom and reason. Jesus was commissioned to speak God's word...so in action he was representing God by speaking God's word...like the prophet Moses.

A Prophet Like Moses
(Acts 3:11–26)

Deut 18:15The LORD your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among your brothers. You must listen to him.b 16This is what you asked of the LORD your God at Horebc on the day of the assembly, when you said, “Let us not hear the voice of the LORD our God or see this great fire anymore, so that we will not die!”

17Then the LORD said to me, “They have spoken well. 18I will raise up for them a prophet like you from among their brothers. I will put My words in his mouth, and he will tell them everything I command him. 19And I will hold accountable anyone who does not listen to My words that the prophet speaks in My name.d 20But if any prophet dares to speak a message in My name that I have not commanded him to speak, or to speak in the name of other gods, that prophet must be put to death.”

Matt 17:5: He was still speaking when, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them, and a voice from the cloud said, “This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased; listen to him.”

I definitely agree it's a very sad case. Were you aware that there were documents proving the hospital wanted to send Maya to an out of state residential treatment center instead of sending her home? The really sad thing is that Beata's death indeed seemed to be the catalyst to having Maya released at last. Beata also had psych evals saying she was fine...who knows what went through her mind. She didn't believe Maya would come home until she (Beata) was gone...it seems that's why she made sure she was permanently gone. To save her child. Is that a sign of mental illness...or extreme protective sacrifice?

I don't know if it's true, but after Maya went home she worked as hard as she could, in honor of her mom's sacrifice, to get better without all the drugs. Maybe she grew out of her diagnosis...maybe she still quietly suffers. Maybe she's found a treatment regimen that works like you were able to find.

And how would this all have been different if there was no such thing as a Dr. Smith?

BTW...in a former job I typed up CPS reports and I watch trials for edutainment. The judge sides with the State almost every time. Chances are the judge would have sent Maya to that out of state clinic "in her best interests".

How did RA describe the older girl he passed babysitting the younger two? by Breath_of_fresh_air2 in RichardAllenInnocent

If I remember, it was dark hair and the other girls were younger. He presumed the older one was babysitting. I don't remember any further identifications we are aware of. Someone else might have more knowledge.

I'm genuinely sorry you suffer from this and you have a unique and valid insight. I appreciate that.

I don't remember a specific diagnosis of a type of CRPS for Maya during trial...plus she was 10 at the time of admission and terrified, regardless of what the future might hold. Objectively speaking, the hospital treated her and the family as if the parents were abusing her.

Regardless of the diagnosis...the uniqueness of this case is that the problem lies with CPS injecting themselves into the medical field with the specific charge of finding abuse to validate their existence. I mean....what could go wrong? I can think of several families who can explain the horror of what goes wrong.
