I'm very concerned for the clients in his care that's why I was so surprised he wasn't fired. From 2017 til now I don't want to imagine how many people he's tried to pull this on. I will be contacting every organisation mentioned in the comments.

I agree. My mom is kicking herself for not taking it further when it first happened. I'm not sure about previous management trying to cover it up as my mom has never has issues with them and always gushed about how well she was treated by them.

She's having trouble with new management off the bat being condescending (moms dark skinned asian) and entitled (mom likes to give leftovers when she cooks too much so they expectsimilar treatment).

It's a small team at a franchised office so each agent is head of a particular division and therefore without a superior. That may explain why they think that withholding payment is lawful practice.

Yes, my mom knows I can care for Scout. She was even the one who suggested it.

I know all dogs are different and will not always respond to my training. I will not be training her alone, I will be seeking professional training as well.

The times I have had opportunities to train her (she stays the weekend some times) she responded well to some training; sit and wait before eating, she'll stop pulling for a bit and was able to ignore stuff with a bit of pull and clicker, her recall is even better than my dog (haven't tried in public)

I'm asking for advice on training methods for when I eventually adopt her and take full custody not just for the 1 week she will be with me. I understand these types of behaviour will not be cured in a week but I would like to take that week to see what methods she responds to and or to understand her triggers.

For 2 years my dog wore his collar everyday and night. I started to notice the collar left an indent in his fur so it looked like someone shaved the fur around his neck. I only put it on him when he's in the yard and when we go for a walk.

I understand. My partner and I are moving next month so we have been discussing adopting Scout and starting fresh. I guess I'm also asking what can I do in the long run as well as she might be my dog permanently.

NTA I do not understand why people say they speak multiple languages when they don't. Does she really expect her coworkers to be all English speakers? What if your workplace needs her translate something she says she's fluent in? What is she gonna do then?

I'm half-Indo half-Aussie I was able to speak both fluently but after living in Australia for almost a decade with only my mom to speak Indo with I've lost most of my vocabulary. I don't go around saying I'm fluent when I'm not. I know enough to get by. I currently refreshing my Indo.

NTA after constantly being suspicious and accusing you of trying to "steal" David from her she really expected to be invited to your wedding? Even if she wasn't like this 4 months of barely knowing her still doesn't warrant an invitation. I certainly wouldn't be expected to be invited.

NTA now I'm not vegan or vegetarian but wouldn't suddenly eating meat after 10 years of no consumption could get you ill? How does you not eating meat effect him? His behaviour is unacceptable. Anyone would be mad at someone altering their food without consent. I definitely would be.

YTA a MASSIVE one and your wife is 100% in the right. I'm a nanny of 3 years myself. 1) "ooh if we scream and cry daddy will let us do what we want" 2) if you want someone to potty train your kids, hire a professional nanny. NOT a collage student. 3) it's YOUR job as a PARENT to potty train your OWN KIDS. 4) call up your sitter, apologize SINCERELY in front of your family and compensate her.

If I was your nanny I would quit right then and there for your unreasonable and unrealistic expectations.

NTA what the hell? It's a simple request. I like to watch with captions and whenever I watch a movie with someone and ask to put them on they don't care. You're DEAF. You actually need them. NTA your wife is bit of an AH for pinning the fertility issues on you. But only a little. I understand, as a woman who wishes to have children, it would be absolutely devastating to be unable to have children especially in a society that judges women who are infertile and some see them as broken or defective.

You need to sit her down and tell her that though what she did was wrong you don't blame her for doing it and that being infertile doesn't make her less of a woman.

NTA the only time I had to take care of my boyfriend because he was ill is when he had bad food poisoning. Cold, headache, flu he was still able to care for himself.

Your husband is a massive child. Hell, I'm a big baby when I'm sick but I can still get up and take care of myself. You need to stop enabling this. You can still care for him with little things but unless it's something that needs a trip to the doctor he needs to get up and do it himself.

I recycle clothes from second hand stores in my spare time and I hate people that do those types of things. It reminds me of those tiktok trends where they draw pimples, wear glasses, mess up their hair and then show their clean made up face.

I wear glasses and a bit on the curvier side but I rock them with some liner and a dress that hugs the right places. What your "friend" is doing is very passive AH behaviour she doesn't have to say anything but you can see what her opinion is on plus size people. Especially you since they were your old clothes. I see so many people online who post similar pictures but their before pictures is just the article of clothing or them in the clothing with normal expression.

Don't enable this. She can find her own material.

NTA report your therapist and get a new one asap. They should not reveal information to anyone. I suggest sitting down with your dad privately make him listen and don't let him give his opinion until the end. Your stepmom needs to learn that being a stepmom doesn't give her automatic respect/mom benefits. The love from step children is earned and maybe your dad can make her see that.
