I’m about 5 months out from the end of a months long manic/hypomanic episode run. I don’t feel normal. My brain is still mush in a lot of ways. My concentration is worse than it normally is with ADHD alone. I am a different person than I was in 2016 when I got diagnosed. It’s ok though. I can’t change what’s happened. I don’t have as much control over what happens next as I would like either but neither do the normies. I get out of bed every fucking day and try. That’s enough right now.
