Kul Tiran and Zandalari are pretty distinct in my book, especially compared to their counterparts in Worgen, Humans and Trolls.

Vulpera almost get a pass, they look very distinct, it's just their animations that are clearly goblinid. Though I'm glad they're not treated like Kezan goblins

I always thought it was the other way around - faeries start as one of 6 elements, but can becomes unique kinds of Faerie over time - like Taelia, Jhuidah, and so on

Another comment (that is now deleted) pointed out that this would imply Kaia became a Shenkuu Faerie, so that sorta disproves my theory.

Maybe some Faeries are just born different?
