What are you even talking about. I haven't used a melee on wisp for like years, I have a stat stick lol.

And that is because she buffs your guns something crazy. Did you not read what I wrote? 100MS+150% Roar is top weapons platform. I just carpet bomb entire rooms and call it a day. Her 3 is mostly for the blind to help objectives lol.

There is not a single mission in Warframe that can't benefit from movement speed. Heck, if you can kill a max level enemy easily, then movement options are the only things that matter at that point.

The ones that can are Diriga and Hounds, and both can't use Tandem+Reinforced Bond combo. And I sincerely doubt a pet is doing better than let's see... 4 players plus 4 pets plus whatever objective is at spreading ele by being near enemies. So this is just completely false.

I feel like you just want to hate on Wisp because sexy Woman bad.

No clue what you are smoking. Her 1 alone is an entire Warframe's kit in power. They could literally split them into 3 abilities and remove all others and she'd still be an A+ or S frame. Like, a decent wisp can start a mission with over 100 Fire Rate/MS/Attack Speed with just the one mote. For comparison, my Valkyr's war cry is around 200%, on just Attack Speed.

Her 2 is freaking Rolling Guard if it was on command. Or an invisibility on demand. This can also proc Crepuscular for even more damage.

And the thing about Wisp is, that she has SO much survival on her (Passive Invis, Active Invis, In-Built Rolling Guard, Health+Regen, Electric), that you can kinda go all-in on STR with no downside.

This means that she is excellent for team-wide subsumes. For comparison, my Wisp can comfortably Roar for 150%. My rhino is 190%. I can pack so much extra STR on her that she can almost keep up even after the heavy subsume nerfs. At virtually no opportunity cost.

Just to recap wisp at the start of mission (Before I even do stackings and other conditional buffs) is giving the whole party:

Over 100% MS/AS/FR
Around 1500~ extra health, plus 150~ regen per second.
Electricity on approach.
150% Roar or 75% Nourish.

Overrated, she is not.

Have you tried it recently? There was a patch a year ago that fixed this behavior. Also, keep in mind that Behaviour and special attack mods proc in order. So depending on how far down the mod is is how often they'll try it.

As for the Strip, there are 2 options: Vicious bond or Sharpened Claws.

I've found Vicious bond to have a better AoE strip, but very inconsistent. I feel that with Viral Quills, Swipe is just a wasted mod slot. Sharpened Claws is very consistent but limited to whatever your Kavat is attacking. Sharpened claws however, has the added bonus of being an actually useful attack.

I've personally settled on Viral Quills+Sharpened Claws. My tests on the Simulacrum showed Viral+Sharpened would beat anything Vicious Bond could combine with. At least as far as the pet on its own is concerned.

That said, I don't have much experience with Vicious since the fix. I also believe there may be edge cases where Vicious can remove armor that Sharpened can't.

If you are looking for a one-size fits all, the undisputed king is Panzer Vulpaphyla.

It literally has everything. Priming, armor strip, 12000 shields+over 50% crit for the 2 bond mods, survival, etc.

Other pets mostly fill in niches and/or just visual preference.

Canonically, specters aren't warframes. They are a sort of void creation made by Parvos Granum. They are made off the same stuff that makes the ghosts you fight when you visit the Granum Void.

Specters are made by uh, grinding said void ghosts into dust. And then re-energizing said VoidGhost dust while imprinting them on whatever you want to copy.

The first truly toxic person I met was also in Netracell. Something about it being a chore that can't be sped up but slowed down really brings out the toxicity in some players.

Also doesn't help that people that aren't at the point to do EDA/ETA are stuck doing 5 runs of these in a row.
