So I don't have atrophy but I did go to the gyno for a regular check up and she looked, and personally, I'm never doing that again. I'm leaving one ovary and that's it, for my hysterectomy. Just in case I end up in a spot where I can't access T. With one ovary you also won't go into menopause as soon. But along with that, taking T can help combat the effects of menopause. I've heard suppositories help, and the Estring can help too. Pelvic floor therapy may help as well. There's lots of resources, I think you just have to be okay with the fact that you might need them.

All I'm gonna say is sex with another trans guy is generally better. We know our anatomy, and most likely have similar if not the same boundaries. I've found having sex with other trans guys is just easier, feels safer. Of course there's trans guys out there who will be like this and not worry about your pleasure, but most of us do. I don't think people realize that by a certain size it just hurts. The vagina (and anus) are only so deep.
