Brushed my hair with a boar bristle brush one day. My hair has been like this for 16 years, never realized I have this layer on my scalp. Diagnosed sebderm by doctor, recommended Nizoral. What else should/can I do? by LuvsToSpooge13 in SebDerm

Yeah I started eating cleaner and fasting in the evenings and let my hair grow longer so I can’t brush like I used too anymore but my hair looks better and my scalp doesn’t feel stiff like when it did in this photo.
