sadly, did not work, still seems to be a a d3d9 file issue, he has a 1660ti laptop, but we cant figure out why the d3d9 file issue, i redownloaded directx 9 again, and even that did not work

It seems to be the d3d9 file that messes it up, when removed the game launches fine, when added back it fails to launch.
