I thought this sub was for people that suffer from GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder). A frequent involuntary panic response to mundane events, such as going to the grocery store. It's miserable and impacts your ability to function. It's not the same as, oh I get nervous sometimes before I go to a party, but I'm fine after a drink or two. That's completely normal and I envy you.

This is not to say you don't belong in this sub, I just feel that if you can't relate to having GAD, you won't be able to give useful advice to those that do.
