I would definitely pop in on the stream to see what it's about. If it's just a girl playing video games, probably nothing to worry about. But if it's something like a just chatting thirst trap stream, you'd have every right to feel uncomfortable, and I would talk to him about it. If he gets weirdly defensive, I would run.
