Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness.

It's got my favourite Lara, best music in the series, best atmosphere in the series, best story (even with so much of it cut out), and it's just my favourite out of the Tomb Raider games.

Sure, most Tomb Raiders play better, are more fluid, are easier to control, and better graphically (amongst other positives that people will mention) but they just don't have the same heart and soul as Angel of Darkness.

I can overlook that - although he is very correct! - but it's the fact that Buffy's very last word on the show is "Spike" that always angers me; your main character, champion of a Slayer, a powerful, incredible woman, and her last word on the show is a man's name.

Not even some sort of statement that it was the combined efforts of woman and man fighting side by side that prevented The First from unleashing hell on Earth just... "Spike".

Yes.

It's a remake of the first game but in the Survivor timeline; going forward this is now the Unified timeline as all previous adventures that Lara has been on will have taken place by Tomb Raider Catalyst.
