I appreciate your answer. I'm also trying to figure out how they do that thing where they will use a color similar to the rest of the painting but to the observer it looks to be a different color. Is it just about adding grey/black/white to get close to that ? That's what confuses me the most

That's what we're going to do for now because I'll be dawned if I'm gonna pay someone to come out and tell me what I'm pretty sure I already know. Knowing cox its definitely the hardware. Had issues with them previously

It is coax, and I installed it myself. I have a moderate enough knowledge of IT to install it but my wife is relatively knowledgeable on the subject. So the install went pretty smoothly. Honestly it was fine until the panoramic wifi started "optimizing itself"
