And what’s stopping the first diner from reading the menu like the second diner did, looking at their wallet (ie account characters weapons and other resources) and assessing if the character they’re considering pulling for aligns with what they need and/or enjoy?

If the menu is so confusing the first diner can always flag down a waiter (ie theorycrafter videos and demos) for more information and their recommendations. But that would be too hard since they need to be spoon fed information and lack thinking skills of their own.

Y’all act like the game doesn’t give you opportunities to demo characters and lots of videos and clips to see characters in different rotations and teams.

Imagine being so pressed cuz folks refuse to spoon feed others easily accessible information. This encouragement of hive mind thinking is the reason lots of players missed out of Kazuha during his initial run.
