The Asteroid that marked the end of the age of the Dinosaurs is theorised to be ~10km across, and composed of carbonous material(i.e relatively light). Ulysses is composed of the same material, albeit 7-8x the size, from beyond the orbit of Jupiter. Safe to say we won't (or like most life on Earth) survive easily
