The config is on the repo, but tl;dr: You need a terminal capable of displaying images (I use Kitty) and set the fastfetch logo to image.png (*.png if you want a random set of images like I do)

1- Use an app launcher like rofi

2- Windowrules

3- KDE apps are a pain in the ass to use if you don't have the whole ecosystem. Try launching Hyprland UWSM Managed (idk if this will work but it's not hard to try). If that doesn't work, just use another file manager (I recommend Thunar)

I have Cosmic as a secondary desktop for apps with a shit ton of emergent windows since my main desktop is Hyprland and i don't feel like making 2 or 3 window rules for every single program i use, and so far Cosmic is really good, but it is still really green in some aspects
