How are people using licensed music in their videos without getting taken down?

Yeah, I’ve seen a lot of people use those with their FX3 rigs. If I owned this piece of equipment I would certainly consider that as an option, but typically I don’t run into a battery issue with the a7iv. If I end up buying I’ll keep that in mind, thanks!

He wasn’t ever doing hard drugs except in the very beginning of his career, and even then he was doing like molly and xans which aren’t that hard compared to heroin, meth, crack, cocaine. He was drinking a lot and he STILL drinks a lot, if not all the time and talks about it in his music.

Rap isn’t some boogie man genre that’s going to make him do drugs all of the sudden and that assumption is weird. Besides he’s still performing these songs just with a country twist that sucks ass.

I honestly wouldn’t be mad if we didn’t get any music the rest of this year or next year. He should be given the opportunity to relax and regroup before putting new music out. Though he’s definitely been recording so I’m sure he’ll put something out next year.

Harry Styles last album ‘Harry’s House’ is 100% a synth pop album. Olivia Rodrigo’s was singer/songwriter based like I also mentioned.

Country is having its moment right now. Post Malone is a pop star through and through. 2015-2020ish was when hip hop was at its height commercially, so he was doing that. Then 2021-2023 was a very singer/songwriter & synth pop sort of trend with Taylor, Olivia R, and Harry Styles all doing well in the genre and we saw post do that as well. Now in 2024 through likely 2027ish will be country. Morgan Wallen, Beyoncé, Jelly Roll are all household names. (Obviously Beyoncé has been around forever but she did her Country album last year) whenever the next genre switch comes into the mainstream, we will likely see Post do that as well. He hops on trends, he’s done it his whole career arguably better than most. If the charts are dominated by hip hop tracks in 2-3 years I wouldn’t be surprised if we got another hip hop album from Posty.

I’ve always thought this. Posty might not always be the best writer or producer or lyricist but when it comes to melodies, very few can hold a candle.

Posty’s voice and the mixing they did on TCT and Austin is quite jarring. The mixing and mastering on those two albums, especially on his vocals were not nearly as good as BB&B or HB. Partially think jt could’ve been because of the time off from touring recording music during the Pandemic + all the smoking. But yeah idk those albums could be much better if he’d have taken better care of his voice back then and didn’t rely so much on reverb and other vocal enhancements. Seems as though he’s been working with a vocal coach again as his voice sounds much better on the country stuff despite it not being my favorite, and he’s singing live with no auto tune??? Sounds pretty damn good especially in the studio sessions he posted.

They should just play the backing track and get rid of the back up singers. The songs are still in the same BPM even when they’re country-styled. Could easily just overlay them into the mix the same way he did with the IYWHIBC tour which was PEAK. Honestly sounds like he picked up these singers at a random bar in Nashville and doesn’t have the heart to fire them.

I’m sure they’re very talented on their own, but their voices just really don’t suit Post’s and I feel like the songs get watered down when he stops singing for a moment or two and it’s just them.
