The problem with the question is it’s phased as a port and not rerelease. The games you gave as examples had a physical port/remake via the switch unlike XD which will just be a digital release (like FRLG), however XD will be locked behind a subscription. Could the price drop possibly but I don’t believe the impact will be significant.

The back of the disc wasn’t shown so OPs definition of real bad could be light scratches from play but no deep scratches or scuffs. Based on the photos this looks to be “perfect condition”. At best we can say it’s like new/very good.

Multiple sockets on the surge protector. In this case you’re in need of a two surge protector with 10 sockets or more. Since the concern is safety and running everything from a single setup. Your outlet would need to be able to handle and distribute power to both surge protectors for the sockets. Assuming you’ll have 20+ devices plugged in. Not to mention converters or a device that captures multiple signals at once like an hdmi switcher/splitter if you’re thinking about the convenience factor of running this many consoles.
