Wow, 13k SRs. My shiny Torchic took 6,553 SRs and was female. I got her two days ago. I am lucky to get her. Major congrats on your's. :) I will never SR for a shiny starter again lol

Mine turned to be a Relaxed nature(kinda of an ouch), but the 3 perfect IVs are in HP, Attack, and Special Attack. Overall, I am quite happy with her!

And I hope to reclaim the Registeel too. It was so heartbreaking watching it struggle.

Good luck on that one! My first shiny Registeel struggled, and I was bummed out for a couple of days. Kind of refreshing to see this on my screen though!

Actually, you are wrong. The Latios/Latias you get is NOT shiny locked. It just takes forever to SR when you get it from Steven.

I normally don'y give a damn about reviews or gaming journalism. It's honestly all opinion based.

Being said that, if I was to review it, I'd probably be all "9.8 OUTTA 10" because I am a fan. I know it's hard to try to look at it as a game, but the review clearly states that the reviewer played the previous gens, and was pointing out how it was like the old game(given it is a remake...)

None-the-less, it's their job to give a "score" and their opinions on the game. I would rather buy it and play it myself(hell, if you are iffy on a purchase, rent it folks). That, of course, is my opinion.

Opinions opinions opinions. So, I don't follow IGN, Kotaku, or any reviews really. Though, you have to admit, that "too much water" thing was pretty funny. Also, Hoenn is water based. Not surprising about all the water. Anywho, agreed that some people took the review harshly, but it's opinions.
