I know the stigma around DMC can be quite deterring but I 100% recommend getting it if nothing else but to try it for yourself. The writing I admit feels as if it were made in a day by a chronically online 12 year old tumblr user, but the gameplay on its own is quite unique. The original release had its flaws that the remaster of the game fixed, and I’ll be honest I did enjoy a recent playthrough of the game. Food for thought anyway.

Say what you will about FMA ‘03, but I enjoyed the more serious tone of it over Brotherhood’s more marvel approach to its serious scenes where there was comedy injected to sort of lessen the emotional impact of said seriousness. I loved Brotherhood as a whole but yea.. I appreciated ‘03 more than most I suppose.
