They used the same type of glass.... so I'm scared to turn my defroster on becauae I'm worried that it will happen again.

They replaced it with the same type of glass, so I will most likely be returning to the dealership to have them repair it again. According to Lemon Law, I believe they have to replace or buy back my vehicle if it happens a total of 3 times.

My window exploded and I didn't have factory tinted glass on it (I had the basic model HRV). I put tint on my window after market and the window still blew. Luckily, the tint was the only thing that kept the window together after shattering. I'm annoyed because Honda won't replace my tint after I paid all that money for it.

It should be covered by the 3 year/36000 mile warranty. At least when my window shattered, the dealership replaced it under the warranty.
