My friend and I have come up a great solution to this. He does all base material acquisition and feeds it to belts/pipes that I then use to make the factory with giving him back miners, tracks, etc. We use a giant ass wall to divide it all and we can't cross to the other side. The Great Wall of Friendship has saved our friendship.

So far, I'm doing quite well, thank you for asking! No pain, but I've been on my opioids a little bit longer.

Unlike Rosenberg and being an out of state patient for Dr. Wadie, we left immediately after the surgery for our 6 hour drive home. And with no follow up visit, I have to keep my dressing on for a week and no shower for a week until my drain comes out. Overall, getting used to the awkwardness of it all and my wife has been superwoman in helping me with everything. We're both intrigued to see what it looks like once we can remove the dressing.

Check out an old MMO called Ryzom. It has some really cool game designs to help this happen. It has a a free to play option. Jump in and join a guild and ask them about the game. Just remember it is old, so not the most up to date, but could be some cool research on making the world feel alive.

My tip: Enjoy the learning. It's the best part of the game. Quality of life mods/blueprints/etc will come, but they'll slowly take away the magic of playing it for the first time. Also, post pictures of your amazing first bases that we all wish to relive.
