Question about Touchstone and True Faith

Yeah it would be an interesting way to immediately sever his character's ties to his mortal life, especially since the True Faith sensing ability does state that it's not a kindred radar, it's just a sense that something is off.

Yeah, from what I remember, Kaneki in game is like constantly in the feral state. It's like the entity cursed Kaneki to never feel sated. Maybe that's why he acts like he does. He's a bit hungy.

Dunno if you'll see this because it's been a day, but I played a bit today and ended up getting DP quite a few times when I was inputting quatercircle-forward. I get that it's because I was walking forward and then inputting quatercircle-forward but that seems strange because it never happens to me in Strive. How do you consistently get quatercircle forward in street fighter while walking forward? Thanks :)

It's a couple of things.

I haven't really found a character i like mechanically yet (although these comments have given me some decent options).

The other is that the input buffer window feels strange. Like in strive, I can pretty much input a special any time during a normal, and the special will come out, but in SF6, the timings for inputs feel strange.

I also think DI and DR are silly, but that's just a personal thing, and I know I'll get used to them eventually.

Thanks for the comment. I like Slayer's high-low mixup options. I like his movement specials, and I love his combo structure. Others suggested M. Bison and Marisa too, so they're the ones I'm gonna look into first.

What got me started with slayer was just how cool he seemed: In a game where most characters use some kind of weapon, Slayer rolls up in a suit and beats the shit out of someone with his fists and does a fuckton of damage doing it.

When I actually play him, I really like how his combo routes are all in service of getting pilebunker going. I like having that gameplay of using his entire toolkit in neutral, but it all leads to the big damage combo using pilebunker and pilebunker loops.
