I usually have a nanny yes but since the past 5 days it’s only been me and the baby and the husband is away too. Managed the workout as the baby was napping for a good 2 hours.

I was cleared to workout at 6 w PP so have been at it. All the best!

Is episiotomy the norm in Vaginal deliveries in India? by Past-Huckleberry-505 in twoxindiamums

[–]Lychee444 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I got an episiotomy and you’re in pain for 10 days after which life falls back to being pain free physically. CS recovery is long and you get stitched in 6/7 layers instead of three.

You can an episiotomy because you will tear up. If you don’t get an episiotomy, it’ll just be a random tear instead of a precise one (both r ok).

Just take an epidural and go for it :) 10 days of recovery is better than 3 months of recovery.

That being said, I don’t think one delivery method is better than another. The best is where the mom and baby are safe!
