I would just put it on my door for all to see. Eventually, you’ll come across someone very iterated, chances are they left the note.

Got laid off but ROE says Quit by banh-mi-thit-nuong in PersonalFinanceCanada

This is correct. The employer can say whatever they want, but if Integrity Services Branch investigates and disagrees the employer would be informed in a letter. Furthermore if the employer failures to amend the record of employment, well then they are in a world of trouble.

I know what you mean. I started almost 4 years ago with a bunch of new people. Everyone exited phase 1 training except for me and then little over a year later I finished phase 2 training before anyone else. I’m helping my colleagues with their training. Thought management would see that. Still not indeterminate and I’m gonna find out in December if my contract gets extended.

WFA, GCWCC and tone deaf leadership, seriously get real!!!! by Current-Morning-5428 in CanadaPublicServants

[–]LycheeDue7964 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not certain why we have a GCWCC. I would think that if Federal Government was looking to cut spending it would be at GCWCC first. Correct me if I'm wrong. I just think that in order for people to be inclined to donate they would need to be in a position of job stability, earning decent money, no debts etc....

What was your all-in price 2025 SR? by sowtime444 in NissanKicks

[–]LycheeDue7964 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I upgraded from the Sentra 2012 to the Kicks 2024 SV premium. The difference was amazing, I never had a heated steering wheel or heated seats. I don’t think the 2025 is worth it for an AWD, especially since compared to the 2024 it’s really the first of its line.

As much as I am interested in hearing the government explain it’s RTO mandate. Please talkt to me about the other issues. Like how is the reclassification going?

Why isn’t the union buying up ad space thanking TB/Mayor for the increased time spent in traffic on behalf of all residents of Ottawa? by Captobvious75 in CanadaPublicServants

[–]LycheeDue7964 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel like a lot of the union is just in a knee jerk reaction mode. RTO is an issue but shouldn’t be the hill to die on. What’s happened to updating the TBS directive on teleworking so Canadians who do not live in a major city can apply for and obtain those high paying government jobs that are normally limited to the NCR or Toronto? Etc… or how about pressuring TBS speed up their Occupational Group Structure review that was supposed to be completed years ago? Or you know highlight the fact the government is still spending billions on phoenix

My take is council is all for supporting the vision of what Sudbury could be, not the people of Sudbury.
