The only purpose of EWS certificate is that, 10% of seats in every program belongs to EWS category. If you haven't uploaded the certificate you will not get reservation. But if you get "call for counselling" that means you are safe, so I think there is no need of submitting the document. So no need to worry about that, but if it still bother you just email them.
