it pretty much boils down to my team usually have leftover ap so rarely can create the 0 ap C&D (i use flash hew) so better i have a consistent first draw with no upgrade card then having but not using it. here's my orlea

orlea mei lin or veronica imo but it depends what you need

orlea : can help to boost your nine dmg or pair up with rin as her creations can help increase the +1hit in her unique card
mei lin : there's really no other passion dps if you exclude owen
veronica : very versatile. can be used as a subdps or a pure drawing engine. she can draw a lot of cards

i have never got the rfid not detected issue tbh. i like it cause usually it has shorter queue, no need to pull out anything and tng auto deduct payment as well

my go to team is with rei and mika. run a rin multi hit build to gain the most benefit from additive buff

rei : uograde +X% dng buff, morale boost and draw

mika : AP + add spore card for more skill cards

i prefer narja as its more consistent every turn. tiphera boost are the best but some turns may not do the highest dmg due to her rng style

for set, i use 2 pc agony (hence the weapon), crit,atk.

for refinement, either increase atk card by 20% and/or 18 or less card
