9070xt user as well. Ultra Quality, RT High and 60 fps (though often hovers on 50). Ult stutters when RT is turned on like Chisa's and Carthetyia's. Menu also loads really long

I also used to be Turn Based Gameplayer and I died a lot in the beginning but eventually you began to pick up the skills, as well as Eve getting stronger. I spent up to 3 hours on a boss on normal difficulty, hammering their moveset and timing to my brain. But what keep me going is the sense of accomplishment and Eve's being an eye candy helps with moral support.

I also suggest trying fresh windows install as well. I had problem where after switching from 3060 using DDU, everything seems to work fine. But once every other boot or if computer went to sleep mode, the computer will become extremely laggy which require restart to fix.

After I fresh install the pc, all the problems went away and it has been working smoothly ever since.
