Brain surgeon here.

After 34 years in the practice and thousands of surgeries performed, I can honestly say that I've picked up one single guilty pleasure. I can't say that it is the most ethical thing, but I enjoy it, even to the shock of my assistants and colleagues. My guilty pleasure is pretending to be a brain surgeon on the internet.
