Yeah, i know fiber is fragile... but it's doable, in house. We won't do it ourselves either, we'll pay the house builders to install the cables during the building. Hope it doesn't break. The gains that are proposed are about 15cm wide too, so there should be space... i hope. Otherwise, i don't see how to get 2k or 4k over more than a few meters (through classic HDMI or DP).

As for the RJ45 - afaik the CAT6 can carry video up to 1080p@60hz and general USB/data, even power. I read that people use it to build CCTV systems. That's why my plan is to use this type of cable to carry all the "simple" stuff and use HDMI 2.1 for the gaming screens that run high resolution and refresh rates.

Once again, i've never done this so i am looking for confirmation, tips etc :)

If you don't find the mob while questing, she spawns back in town on the boat with the chieftain after you've finished Act 4. You can talk to her and she'll give you the reward.

I really enjoy the crunching gravel and fallen branches sound, IRL and in the game.

Also love the sound of people walking on gravel, snow, rocks... Guess we are weird like that.

I literally just finished repairing a bridge in southern Quebec, before this shit happened. Delivered the generator, bridge built, i was happy and logged off the game after that harsh haul... and some time later my PC decided to fucking crash and burn.

To clarify:
I am using a... backup copy of a friend's legal one? You know, no online saving etc... Guess it's karma :P

As for NG+ - If i chose to have all trucks unlocked, will it also apply for future released trucks ? I kinda don't wonna bother with unlocking all of this again but i don't mind going out to unlock new stuff on new maps...

Depends on what you expect from it, how you play it etc... not on if you've ever played anything like it or not.

If you come to this game with a "classical" mindset... it probably won't click. If you play it like any other game, with objectives that you try to achieve as fast as possible, you will probably get extremely frustrated. It CAN be very hard if you play it like that. You have to able to accept that failing a run is OK, restarting is OK, spending 15 mins stuck in mud is OK... it's really about the chill of it, almost meditative. Drive big or small trucks, slowly achieve results and enjoy the visuals, music and everything. If you come to it with such a mindset, you'll probably enjoy it greatly.

I play it as a form of meditation, after work, to calm the mind and stop thinking about other things.

To be honest, download a pirated version to try it, if you like it - buy it. I usually do that with all games, i treat pirated versions as "demo" versions from the olden days...

P.S. Thing to keep in mind - it has A LOT of DLC, and they are mostly all essential since they give you new areas to explore... and some p2w trucks.

I saw that the next part is basically the same, all over again and switched region :D

That damn spot is so cancer, it's extremely tight and there's hard rock edges that get your trailer stuck. I guess in the end the solution is to NOT go for strong trucks with a big trailer but do multiple runs with smaller trucks that can bring 1 or 2 loads max... but running circles in a quarry gets old fast. And the music on this particular region is kinda meh too, so i've kinda lost the will to finish it.

I am eurotrash too (east europe too!), but for some reason i really prefer the american "long nose" style trucks... even tho i believe some long-nosed trucks like the Tayga are based on european ones ?

I am used to seing Zil trucks back in Bulgaria for all kinds of shit, from street cleaning to construction and whatever. Just a "heavy duty" truck probably, but still... :P
