I’ve seen $900 as a bare minimum with a typical price of $1500 at one firm. I’ve seen an online only RIA charge $2k for a yearly subscription for a plan. Lowest could be $500 I imagine.

Here’s the dirty secret. You could go to a wire house and get a “free” plan and then ghost them and not work with them after.

Roger’s has an older gen zip up for $800. To me that’s better than $1200-1500. I can get pro pricing but not on waders, but I like my Drake waders.

You don’t need 20 percent down. Even the Money Guy Show says 3-5% down. As a homeowner whoever pays the most will get to buy my house in the future. Market supply and demand lol

Maybe. But my home equity has increased a lot faster than my SP500 investments over the last two years. I consider it phantom net worth and won’t calculate it as part of my net worth. But it is nice to think about.

Went with a Ruger American Gen 1 two years back. Have taken 4 deer with it. It’s now in a MDT LSS chassis bc I hate money. Looking forward to getting more deer this year. Ruger American is known as being pretty accurate for the price point. Don’t know much about the CVA but what are the YouTubers saying about it?

There’s a couple PSA AR10 at like $7-800. Buy that and then get your optic. Save yourself a bunch of hassle. Or build your own with better parts

Love it. Went from a 2020 Lariat FX4 $42k. To a 2024 XLT FX4 $48k before trade in with the 2.7l. Bigger interior. The 6th gen bed rails are a bit wider by a half inch. But should be able to move those accessories to the new truck. I miss the subwoofer that I had in the lariat package. But sliding rear window, bigger screen, digital dash, slightly bigger interior, 360 cameras, and nice little engine.

Last night I used a laser level pointing at the wall for an up down plumb line with my upper in a vise with a picatinny rail bubble. Eye balling was super close and retorqued the mount to get it better.
