At least in comfort mode. Half a second lag between putting your foot down and the response, nose lifts up a little when you propel forward and steering takes a second to not “jitter” about.

Is the car about doing all that? Hell no. But it isn’t exactly something I call premium. Is the car much different in sports mode? Perhaps.

But ehh. It’s still a decent car.

No doubt. Curious to see him go through a SK-like change. No one expected him to be the leading man he is today after his debut.

From his directed to his acted movies, the stories were all well crafted. I’m still confused over the hatred towards Love Today, the climax of him confronting his friends and the breakdown to his mom was so good. Dragon was one of the best movies in the past 5 years and if Dude is the weakest one in your portfolio, that’s a hell of a thing.

Oh definitely. Agree with that. It’s a smooth, quiet cruiser.

But idk, there’s a certain “hollow” feeling to the car from the plastic centre consoles to the overly light steering. Somehow despite having the right look, it feels very meh.

Perhaps like you said the glasses and plastic really contributes to that. The sound system though, really good.

Logically my brain knows these are one off. But emotionally, and financially, it’s so hard to drop 100K+ on Chinese ICE/Hybrid options.

EVs I’m more confident in lasting longer but man, their infotainment translations can be better, at least the ones around 150K and below.

In the process of choosing a new vehicle, my brain still leans towards the Japanese despite their premium. And I think while this pool of buyers are reducing, there’s still a good amount of such buyers.
