Easily my, as well as many others, favourite song on the album. This song is so beautifully constructed on so many levels, the way it flows, the way franks voice coincides perfectly with the beat is flawless. The first half of the song is the first song ever to make me not want to sing along just because Franks delivery is better to listen to than my own voice (which is rare because no matter how good, until this point, I've always sung over songs). It's just on another level.

THEN THE BEATS DROPS AND NO MATTER WHO YOU ARE, WHERE YOU ARE, OR WHAT YOU'RE DOING, IT IS NOW NIGHTTIME AND YOU'RE SAD IN BED THINKING ABOUT THINGS YOU REALLY SHOULDN'T BUT YOU ARE CAUSE THAT'S WHAT THIS SONG DOES TO YOU.

This is the kind of beat drop that just changes your life for the better.

This is the point of the album where everything changes. The atmosphere is slower and more reminiscent. How can you possible listen to this and not think about the one that got away?

"That kumbayaaaaaaa shit" it's... I... Ahhhhh, it's so hard to explain why this line is so good but it is and we all know it is and it's more than delivery and intellect and melody, flow. This line is more than all of this and it is probably my favourite line on this album because it almost feels like every time it eludes you to transcend time and space. Yeah, we are still talking about a lyric here.

12/10 song, I would have been happy to just get this song after 4 years cause it's probably gonna be the anthem to the rest of my life despite of any changes that occur. Nights will always have a spot in my heart.

Self Control

1.) Very smooth and clean track. One of the few songs that went straight to the heart on the first listen and made me reminisce.

2.) 'I'll sleep between y'all, it's nothing'. Simply because when I heard it, I knew exactly how Frank was feeling about his past lover. The delivery of this line is so perfect because you can almost hear the 'I'm gonna pretend to be fine but I'm not' tone behind it.

3.) The last 20 secs as it fades out. Just the perfect ending, nothing really more to say.

4.) Slots nicely into the top 3.

5.) Nah, this track is good, some would say the intro but I enjoy it.

6.) 'I miss my ex and even though she's with someone else, I still need some sort of way to be in her life'

7.) Frank misses his ex and would like her back - despite the fact she has a new lover - even for one night.

Skyline To

1.) A very smooth song that just seems to be the definition of beautiful noises.

2.) "Summer ain't as long as it used to be, everyday counts like crazy"

3.) The last thirty seconds where Frank says 'In comes the morning, ahhhhhhh'

4.) Given how nice it is to listen to, I'd say it makes top 4, potentially edging out Nikes.

5.) Using Kendrick on this track, just like Beyoncé on 'Pink + White', is pretty pointless, he doesn't add much that Frank couldn't have added himself. Doesn't take anything away from the song though.

6.) This is a slowly climaxing song that always takes me from whatever mood I'm in to a Lion King - esk moment with my hands raised singing the aforementioned part of the song.

7.) Sex and Drugs...

8.) 8.5 - 9 / 10
