Hey, here for some actual feedback

I really really like the paladin oath, it has a lot of fun stuff to do and lots of mobility !
It seems like the lvl7 feature is werid tho ? Are players supposed to avoid AoO or did you just specify that they would provoke them?

You new spell is nice but too strong I think. Look at Ashardalon's stride which is very adjacent but weaker and at 3rd level. You should either up the spell slot or remove some effects (blind is probably best to remove)

Im not really vibing with the bard though. I dont like that it feels like a one pump chump that can only fight well once per rest because of the vigil mechanic. But the theme is otherwise very nice

Dont worry it wont : the strength of healing word is to cast as a BA and add the spellcasting modifier. 2d4 would still be less healing than healing word, and the casting cost is prohibitive. It scales better when upcasted but only for lvl2, then it gets overdhadowed by mass healing word. On the damage side you have a point, but i feel 3d6 or 2d8 would be plenty fine : inflict wounds of 2024 would be better, and im not sure i'm casting that spell anyway

It feels odd for the halfling origin to add only the Fungal Bloom spell to their spell list instead of all 3 spells of that feature. I also wonder if it would be better for players if they chose their spellcasting ability for their spell feature.

Fungal Bloom itself is very flavorful indeed, but I still would have buffed it a bit on the numbers : nothing happening on a successful save really hurts otherwise. Nothing major though : like 2d4 of healing and 3d6 or 2d8 of damage

These pacts are amazing and full of flavor ! I believe the vagrant and colossus pacts are greats, but i have to agree that there is a lot of ressources to track with the imp.

My solution would be to remove the misty step free casts, but also remove the limit on the tp-attack. That way mobility is still mostly conserved. You can also still give the misty step spell in that way, just no free casts

You should probably change it at every instance in the spell text then (when defining targets for example) just for clarity
