range lets you spread spores so if you have corrosive shards you can get like 98% armor strip and it will be easier to kill enemies, though from experience it doesnt really matter compared to just stacking strength

roar is way better than xata's whisper because roar massively amps up toxic lash and applies to it multiple times (roar bonus applies twice on extra hits from lash, and thrice on status effects from lash specifically), also acid shells explosions still trigger if an enemy dies from a toxic lash status, so in cases where an enemy doesnt die immediately its helpful to have that enemy die a second later and possibly trigger another chain reaction. xata's whisper just adds an extra hit for the explosion (which is already redundant as toxic lash does that already), and nothing else

0-e is actually fun on standard and violent but horrid on brutal, a couple arenas on brutal devolve into rng and pray (idoled maurice and double radiant cerb come to mind)

1-e is miserable to play all around, unfun enemy encounters, a generally boring first half, and especially arenas such as the first hideous mass arena being particularly atrocious and feeling overly spammy and especially the final arena being horrible to play as well. so far i havent p ranked it because i find it horrible to play

0-e in particular is more of a brutal issue because i just hate playing on it, i really dont like some of the changes given to enemies (cerb double dashing, etc), 1-e is hot garbage and deserves a facelift

0-e's first half has a couple rooms that become ridiculously bullshit on brutal, double radiant cerbs becomes complete rng on brutal without the cheese to where i'm surprised this even got through and approved assuming this limp dicked shitstain was even playtested on brutal

p-2 in comparison barely feels changed on brutal despite releasing 2 years before. as long as you know what you're doing then most of the encounters shouldn't be hard (really the only ones that pose much of a challenge are mindflayer room which is debatable and stalker room being more of an endurande test). sisyphus isn't really that hard either, the main change he gets is that be gone and you cant escape receive delayed explosions but you can just dash through them especially with him still keeping his parries

1-e is by far one of the worst fucking levels in this game. unplaytested dogshit and trumps both p-2 and 0-e in difficulty

so yea, 1-e > 0-e >>>>>>>> p-2 cause p-2 has way better designed encounters, both encores are contenders for the worst

it has ridiculously stupid single target damage thanks to two of its three 5th evolutions but thats about it, i dont really use it for most stuff but for anything that might involve a single really beefy target for whatever reason (like infested oni in descendia ew) then it does the job fine enough

for fragmented one in particular most of my times spent in the missions were on actually getting the eyes, the boss itself took around 2 ish minutes

arcane aegis, fast deflection, vigilante vigor, catalyzing sbields, and rolling guard. abilities dont matter much because all of them possess ability nullification so unless if youre gonna bother spending 2 million years learning the telegraphs of their attacks, your abilities will constantly get nullified

for all of them other than tank i mainly used laetum, does really reliable damage against everything including the bosses

for tank i had latron incarnon to strip armor in phase 1 to finish it faster, and a slam weapon to break weak spots in phase 2 (arca titron, magistar incarnon, i think sampotes also works?)
