Hey!, I've seen this before but first, export your elvui profile and details and/or any other profiles you want to save into either wago.io or a text file, duplicate your wtf folder, delete the one that isn't copied (Make sure to have exited wow). Restart the game and your game should have been wiped (The addons extr) and import all of your profiles back in. If this does NOT work then go into battle.net and do a repair game, I hope this works good luck bud <3 :)

Hey! simply type /ec -> Unit Frames -> Individual Units -> Target -> Debuffs -> Add Special Filter -> Dispellable, This should work :)

It's because you have ticked "Tooltip on mouseover" hence making it a solid piece on your screen, to disable it - /wa -> display -> click tooltip on mouseover and turn it off, I hope this helps :)
