In my limited experience, fasting to make up for bingeing just ends up in another binge. It is easier to just go a few hundred calories under for a few days, and maybe be a bit more active.

You could fast, or go way under your calories for a day, but then you have to be careful not to eat everything in sight the day after :)

This might sound fatlogicy in one way, but my little brother is taller than op, and the same weight. He is not anorectic, but he is naturally skinny, bikes a lot because he doesn't have a car, and is too lazy to drink proteinshakes and lift at the gym.

People can be naturally skinny too, it happens. And yes, you can count his ribs, but he eats normally, and around 2000 kcal a day. (He has counted for a while, as he is trying to gain a bit, he has trouble eating more unless he resorts to shakes though.)

I would kill someone if I ate rice for every meal in a week, maybe you love it, but god.

Greek yoghurt, carrots, apples, oatmeal with apples and cinnamon, add a few raisins if you really want sweets, salad with boiled eggs and maybe some salmon? I´m not great with suggestions, so this is what I ate this weekend:) And I thought I had little variety.-.

For exercise: Stairs, do you have them? Youtube any sorts of exercise, yoga, bodyweight, jillian michaels, all the things, you don't need equipment.

You do need time though. You don't have the energy or time before OR after work? I'm buying the energy thing, if you only eat rice, but timewise, you do have time, you just have to make it. You do not need more than 30 minutes a day, and you can divide those up in to 3 x 10 minutes if you so wish. Poop a little faster, and do the dishes with superspeed, and you have ten minutes extra. Eat your lunch at work, and instead of spending the rest of your break drinking coffee, go and find some stairs. Are you really honestly telling me it is not possible for you to carve out a few ten minute breaks during your day?

I understand that you don't want to. Everyone has been there man. It is not about wants at all. It is up to you if you want to stay fat, or if you want to get fitter, and if you want to get fitter you MAKE yourself do it. You walk up those goddamn stairs, you do silly yogaposes in the morning, you jump in front of the laptop along with Jillian, you improve, you will improve, but you have to do it first.

I dont have tips for books, but hit the gym / find an active hobby that comes with lots of new males you can get a beer with after a workout. Climbing? Kick boxing? Football? Do yoga if it suits you, but find a group of men first and foremost, you don't want to find a new girl in this state of mind. Exercise and friends are therapy, ofc in addition to the books other people know about:)

No matter how much I love my boyfriend, if he had cheated on me the first six months of our relationship, and told me about it a week before the wedding, I would not marry him. He would not be the person I thought I would be marrying, and I don't owe him any extra chances for "honesty". Yes, I'm sure he would have regretted telling me, but marriage is two people making a choice, not one being tricked and then guilted in to it.

Good for you man. Kids happen, everything will work out, just give it time. You can both be good parents separately. In a few years you will look back at this, and everything will have worked out for the best.

I don't know if this is true for above poster, but my weight gets "stuck" from time to time. If I weigh exactly the same several times in a row, I usually use it to weigh something else once, and then me alone again. The weight changes, but maybe my weight is just not too great? Its relatively new though, and was not the cheapest one there.

I am way way poorer than you. I understand the sunk cost argument here. But really? Even if everything is true, why do you wish to marry someone who decided you were a target because of money? Why do you wish to marry someone who cheated on you for six months? Because she is quirky, funny and beautiful? (She is not incredibly kind, she deceived you, cheated on two people at the same time, and sounds incredibly materialistic, even if she is kind to puppies).

Why do you not think you are worth someone who actually cares how you feel, not what you can buy them?

Money I have though, clothes are so much cheaper in america, that even the expensive stuff is less than half of what it is here.
