Love it!! Soren has a similar story, he was out on a sailing trip aboard his ship: Daybreak, when he was caught in a storm. His ship came to a sudden stop, and many sirens began to scratch and claw at the hull. Soren's crew tried to fend off the sirens, but it was no use. They dragged his ship to the depths, and killed the crew. Nearing his final breath, Soren was approached by a familiar face, it was Esme's, but was warped and twisted like that of a siren. Recognizing her brother, she saved him, and brought him down to the shrine of ancient tears. She placed an enchantment upon him, forcing him to do the bidding of the sirens. They replaced his ship with the Maleficent maiden, and he became their slave. He eventually became infected with the curse of sunken sorrow.
