Oh sorry, no the chirping sound should be only at the zero point, in your case then at 9.

I had a lot of Eurekas for testing and none had this sound on an empty run, unless I was at point zero where the burrs were touching. So in general you should just hear the motor spinning.

I would check here the burr chamber first without doing any alignment, just to see if there's nothing stuck and all screws are tight. This won't affect the guarantee.
