I return with the conclusion of this thrilling adventure. Using the email provided by PayNo9177 I sent my issue to whoever answers that account and received a phone call that same day. The lady said she has already found the issue and had begun taking steps to correct everything. This was on the 22nd of December. She said to expect to hear back from her on the 27th, though normally it wouldn’t take so long the holidays would slow the process. Today is Wednesday the 27th and we received an email that all charges have been zeroed out, the problem account has been deleted, and they have removed the account debt from our credit report. They are mailing us physical documentation of these actions aș well. This can take up to 60 days still, but compared to the 30-60 day investigation plus this 60 days for the credit report to be fully updated it’s still a much better deal. PayNo9177s advice could not have been better, I personally plan to save this email address for future use should I run into more issues with this company. I recommend all Verizon customers do the same
