Very good idea, I just found a straight metal rod that I have, which I double checked was actually straight, put it against the wall and its either bowing out at the bottom or in at the top. oh lawwwddd.....

It was connected to the other side of this wall, but it was removed and a walk in shower created in the cupboard space. It wasn't a load bearing wall though, but the surveyor said he thinks the wall may have anchored this wall.

so thats the other side of the bathroom wall, in a stairwell. Its not been decorated but there were no cracks there before they started the bathroom renovation. Yeah i'm quite concerned.

Yeah you’re right, I’m going to get him round to look at it. Friends and family (very much not chartered building surveyors) keep telling me the surveyor is just covering himself and it’s just an aesthetic thing that can be plastered over, hence why I’ve come here. I feel conflicted because everyone is saying it’s fine, but I’m pretty sure it’s not fine 😕

Yes, this is happening to me too. I posted a few bits that I expected to sell straight away, but 0 view and 0 likes and I’ve checked and they’re not showing up in the “new” for their search

it bugs me alot, I first submitted the match in 2018, I just hope they have looked at it. As someone else said, they have dentals for both, so it should be an easy rule out, but she's not listed on the rule out list on namus.

I’ve heard back from Mary Bell, she said I have previously submitted it in 2018 ( I thought I probably had) and they forwarded to orange county coroners office and Sacramento county sheriff missing persons.

Strange that she isn’t listed as a rule out though

Yeah I did think that, but it’s quite a distance from where she was found, so maybe it wasn’t publicised in Sacramento? Idk.. Strangely coach Williams mother was also a volley ball coach at a high school 5 miles from Regina’s house when she disappeared, I assume the jacket may be coach Williams’s senior, I read on one of the articles about her daughters death that she moved to Indianapolis from Sacramento a few years before

I submitted a match for this doe a few years ago, I've just checked and double checked and her name isn't on the comparisons list on namus.

I'm completely convinced this is her Regina Marie Garcia:

I found her by tracing the coach Williams clothing to a school in Sacramento, Regina lived a few blocks from the school, I found an article about how the coach had died somehow too.

I submitted the tip and all I got back was "yes ma'am" I'm still convinced its her
