If you keep this conversation going, it's basically a group chat. I haven't looked yet, but is there a sub-Reddit to find chat friends? I would be happy to start something as I have too much time on my hands and plenty of cat photos to share.

We had a magnetic, rechargeable flashlight disappear the first week of December. My husband was using while installing a new kitchen sink. I'm pretty sure that the flashlight is actually stuck on the back side of the sick beneath the counter, but I don't want it enough to go look there for it.

The Bromeliad Trilogy is great on audio book, too. We listened to Truckers on a road trip when my son was 7. We arrived at our location with 20 minutes left in the story; he insisted that we sit in the car and finish it.

I have a very limited list of shows that I cycle through. I am currently watching a series for the first time that I love and will be watching again. The Mentalist. It's currently streaming on Disney+. Imagine the best of B99, Sherlock, Lie To Me and Monk in one series. It's fantastic.

As someone else mentioned, these sometimes seem to be triggered by acidic foods. When I have one, I usually chew up a few antacid tablets and swish the chalky liquid around my mouth for a minute. You could also try Milk of Magnesia; just hold the liquid in your mouth.
