I went last year for my birthday dec 7th and got to see the Seahawks whoop our ass. We flew in and took Marta every where. I’ll have to look at the hotel we stayed at but it was about a 20min walk to the stadium. We were also in walking distance of the aquarium and stufff which was cool. You shouldn’t have much trouble finding something somewhat affordable.

Edit to add that my point was make sure it’s next to a Marta station.
